Key Responsibilities

Co-ordinate operations in the Bar and Restaurant in liaison with front office to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Implement organisation policy.
Stock take and budgeting of beverages.
Train and mentor Waiters.
Monitor customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and appealing.
Ensure timely preparation and prompt settlement of bills.
Reconciliation of daily sales per waiter.
Ensure adherence of security, safety and health protocols.
Ensure all POS are operational and in good condition at all times.

Qualifications / Skills

Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality and tourism management, experience in mixology will be an added advantage
At least 2 years experience in a busy hotel as a bar and restaurant supervisor
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and any Hotel Management software
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
