Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to alcoholic beverage security, safety and health protocols.
- Mix and serve drinks as per waiter / customer orders.
- Prepare customer bills.
- Report daily bar activities and incidents to the line supervisor.
- Co-ordinate daily bar supply inventory at opening and closing of shift.
- Contribute to preparation of daily theme beverage menu.
- Prepare and maintain ingredients according to outlined recipes.

Qualifications / Skills
- Certificate/ Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism management
- At least 2 years experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent grooming and pleasant personality
- Fluent in English and Kiswahili. Additional languages will be an added advantage
