Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer & Project Manager to lead both the design and execution of interior projects. This role requires a professional who can conceptualize designs, prepare quotations, supervise works on site, coordinate materials and vendors, and manage projects from concept to completion.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident, professional, and capable of working under pressure while delivering high-quality results. The role also requires confidence to appear on camera to showcase completed projects and project progress.

Key Responsibilities
Interior Design
- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed specifications
- Prepare mood boards, material schedules, and design presentations
- Translate design concepts into executable plans and drawings
- Ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution
Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and manage interior projects from start to completion
- Prepare accurate quotations and Bills of Quantities (BoQs)
- Supervise site works to ensure quality, timelines, and scope compliance
- Coordinate contractors, fundis, suppliers, and vendors
- Manage schedules, site progress, and reporting
- Monitor budgets, variations, and cost control
- Ensure professional site conduct and adherence to safety standards
Materials & Client Coordination
- Source and specify interior materials and finishes
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and progress updates
- Manage approvals, revisions, and client feedback professionally
Brand Representation
- Represent the company professionally on-site and during client engagements
- Appear on camera to showcase projects, progress, and completed results when required
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in interior design and project execution
- Strong understanding of interior design, site supervision, quotations, and materials sourcing
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and finishing standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Confident, professional, and presentable demeanor
- Comfortable appearing on camera for project showcases
