Junior Professional, East Africa
- We are seeking a motivated Junior Professional for a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi.
- The candidate will support project implementation, data collection, analysis, report writing, and stakeholder engagement. The Junior Professional will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program objectives are met, assist in preparing presentations, and support administrative processes as needed. The role also includes contributing to project monitoring and evaluation efforts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in data analysis, report writing, and monitoring and evaluation techniques
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling and documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adhere to deadlines
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as International Development, Business Administration, or Social Sciences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus
- Previous experience in program implementation or development initiatives is an advantage
- Passion for global development and problem-solving
