Academic & Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, economics or related field. A master’s degree in Banking/Business field is an added advantage
- At least 5 years’ of experience in banking operations, retail lending and SME banking, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role in a similar organization.
- Strong knowledge of local banking industry, banking products, banking services and banking regulations.
Skills/Experience Required
- Strong management and leadership skills to motivate, mentor and lead a team effectively.
- Proficiency in marketing and selling with effective communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Sound financial management skills and proficiency in analyzing financial data.
- High integrity, professionalism and proactive approach.
