Academic & Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, economics or related field. A master’s degree in Banking/Business field is an added advantage
  • At least 5 years’ of experience in banking operations, retail lending and SME banking, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role in a similar organization.
  • Strong knowledge of local banking industry, banking products, banking services and banking regulations.

Skills/Experience Required

  • Strong management and leadership skills to motivate, mentor and lead a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in marketing and selling with effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Sound financial management skills and proficiency in analyzing financial data.
  • High integrity, professionalism and proactive approach.
