LECTURER NURSING MU 12: 4 POSITIONS, MAIN & NAIROBI CAMPUSES, (KeMU/ASA/NRG/1/11/2025)

Minimum Requirements:
- Must have an earned Ph.D. degree in Nursing (Midwifery, Critical care, oncology and Education) or its equivalent in the relevant field from a recognized academic institution.
OR
- Have a Master’s degree in Nursing (Midwifery, Critical care, oncology and Education) from a recognized academic institution
- Have at least three (3) years of teaching or research experience at University level after obtaining a Master’s degree
- Have a minimum of 24 publications points, of which at least 16 should be from refereed journal papers.
- Strong proficiency in the use of LMS and digital instructional tools.
- Must be registered by the Nursing Council of Kenya
- Those with a Master’s degree must demonstrate intention to register for a Doctorate degree.
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and teamwork skills
- Should have evidence of contribution to University life through active participation in Departmental and Faculty activities and good quality teaching, attendance of meetings, student academic advising and committee membership
