- The Marketing Manager – Flagship Brands is a strategic and results-oriented leader responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies. This mid-management role requires a creative problem-solver with strong leadership skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who can;
- Identify consumer trends, competitor activities, market opportunities, and unmet needs within the category.
- Utilize insights to inform brand strategies and product development.
- Develop a comprehensive annual marketing plan aligned with the company’s business objectives, encompassing brand building, product launches, market penetration, and customer acquisition and retention for the Flagship Brands
- Develop and manage the budgets allocated to the Flagship brands, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI) for all marketing activities.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
