Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates via job boards, social media & referrals
- Conduct initial phone interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS
- Represent us at career fairs & recruitment events
- Support the recruitment team with admin tasks
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
Requirements
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management & organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office; ATS knowledge is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field
- Previous 2-3 years in recruitment or HR experience preferrably International experience.
