Role Purpose
Drive effective Scrum execution, strengthen delivery discipline, and enable high-performing squads within the CoE.
Key Responsibilities
- Run Work-Room ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews & retros.
- Remove impediments and ensure smooth delivery flow.
- Support Product/Task Owners with prioritization and alignment.
- Coach teams on agile principles and continuous improvement.
- Track and report sprint progress clearly and consistently.
- Maintain backlog hygiene and reinforce delivery discipline.
- Champion agile/Scrum best practices across multiple squads.
Required Competencies
- 1+ years hands-on Scrum Master or agile delivery support experience.
- Strong mastery of Scrum frameworks, artifacts & ceremonies.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to surface blockers early and drive resolution.
- Strong teamwork, adaptability, and documentation discipline.
Desirable
- CSM/PSM or similar certification.
- Experience supporting distributed teams.
- Familiarity with Jira, ADO, or similar agile tools.
