RESPONSIBILTIES
- Develop and execute sophisticated strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and growth objectives for assigned high-value accounts (retailers, spas, distributors).
- Act as an authoritative product expert, conducting in-depth consultations, training sessions, and product demonstrations for both clients and retail partners, covering ingredients, application techniques, and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, negotiating contracts and terms effectively to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitable growth.
- Utilize extensive industry knowledge to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing actionable insights to the marketing and product development teams.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior representatives or beauty advisors, fostering a culture of expertise, professionalism, and goal achievement.
- Collaborate on and execute promotional events, trade shows, and campaigns to boost brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.

REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree or cosmetology certification is a plus.
- A minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in sales, account management, or a senior client-facing role within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- A professional and polished demeanor with the gravitas to manage complex
- client relationships and represent the brand with credibility at all levels. In-depth, encyclopedic knowledge of cosmetic products, skincare, makeup artistry, and current beauty industry trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuade stakeholders.
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and think strategically to drive long-term business outcomes.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva) and strong analytical skills for sales forecasting and performance analysis.
- Existing strong network and connections within the cosmetics retail or wholesale space.
