Project Coordination
- Manage the full lifecycle of design projects from intake to delivery
- Gather required project information (equipment lists, layouts, measurements)
- Create and organize project folders, timelines, and tracking sheets
- Assign tasks to drafters and monitor daily progress
Quality Control
- Review drawings before senior engineer review
- Verify accuracy of notes, legends, schedules, and code requirements
- Ensure all TS9Designs templates and standards are followed
- Maintain revision logs and enforce the 3-revision policy
Client Communication
- Provide daily/weekly project updates
- Request missing information and clarify scope
- Send drafts to clients and collect feedback
- Inform clients when change orders are required
Plan Review Coordination
- Receive and organize city/plan reviewer comments
- Use internal tools and AI prompts to prepare correction notes
- Assign updates to drafters and confirm corrections are clouded and documented
Team Management
- Coordinate a team of architectural and MEP drafters
- Ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on schedule
- Report daily and weekly project status to leadership
Qualifications
- Strong project coordination, administrative, or operations background
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks
- Comfortable communicating with clients and enforcing rules
- Familiarity with design workflows, architecture, MEP, or construction is a plus
- Experience reviewing architectural/MEP plans is a major advantage
- Confident using Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, and project tracking tools
- Fast learner and comfortable using AI tools (training provided)
