Your Role & Impact
As our Digital Marketing Intern, your job goes beyond posting content. You will be responsible for creating visibility, sparking buzz, and—most importantly—retaining active users on the ekarihub app.

Key Responsibilities
- Create fun, compelling social media content for ekarihub and like platforms.
- Develop and execute strategies to retain active ekarihub users
- Manage in-app engagement challenges, campaigns, hashtags, trends & community moments
- Grow awareness and sign-ups for the ekarihub mobile and web app
- Run interactive content (polls, Q&As, demos, highlights, stories, etc.)
- Prepare short-form videos, reels, and creative visual assets
- Monitor analytics: engagement, retention, churn, impressions & conversions
- Respond to users, nurture the community, and spark conversations
- Assist in influencer outreach, email marketing, and app promotion
- Propose new trends, creative ideas, and data-led insights to continuously grow and retain users
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Expertise in Web Analytics and Online Marketing
- Proven skills in Social Media Marketing
- Experience with Marketing Automation tools
- Strong sales skills and a track record in growing user bases
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Diploma in Digital Marketing or Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or a related field
- Knowledge of the agribusiness industry (highly preferred)
- A proven record of success in digital marketing is an added advantage
