Purpose of the Role
To produce high-quality visual content that supports Staroot Real Estate’s marketing strategy and strengthens its brand presence. The Photographer & Videographer will plan, shoot, and edit creative photos and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, property listings, and events, ensuring all visuals reflect the brand’s identity and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Capture professional photos and videos of company properties, projects, and events.
- Conceptualize and execute creative shoots that highlight the company’s brand and lifestyle appeal.
- Edit and retouch images and videos for various marketing channels (digital, print, and outdoor).
- Manage lighting, composition, and styling during shoots to achieve desired visual effects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual content with campaign goals and timelines.
- Maintain an organized digital media library for easy access and retrieval.
- Create engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) optimized for social platforms.
- Provide live photo and video coverage during events, exhibitions, and launches.
- Handle all photography/videography equipment responsibly, ensuring proper maintenance and storage.
- Keep up with creative trends, suggesting new visual concepts to enhance engagement and brand image.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Photography, Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in professional photography or videography.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
- Excellent eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and teamwork skills.
- Experience in real estate or lifestyle photography is an added advantage
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely completion of assigned photo/video projects (≥ 12 per month).
- 90%+ approval rating on quality and creativity from Marketing Manager.
- 95% compliance with brand visual guidelines.
- One new creative or innovative concept delivered per Month.
- Positive feedback from internal departments and campaign leads.
