Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients with a warm, positive attitude
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and meeting scheduling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable using basic computer applications (e.g., email, Word, spreadsheets,Excel)
- Reliability and willingness to learn
