At iClear Wellife Service Limited, we are passionate about improving health and wellness by providing premium water purification solutions to homes and offices across Kenya. From standard and premier purifiers to desktop and office-use purifiers, our reverse osmosis technology ensures clean, safe, and healthy drinking water for all.

We’re looking for a goal-driven 2B Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring in corporate leads and leverage their existing pools of contacts to drive growth in the office and institutional markets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert corporate sales leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with 2B clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored water solutions.
Conduct product demos and presentations for corporate clients to highlight features, benefits, and ROI.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with marketing and installation teams for seamless client onboarding.
Share regular market insights and feedback to guide sales strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven track record in 2B sales (water purifiers solutions is a plus).
Must have corporate leads and current pools to leverage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship-building ability and persistence in closing deals.
Experience working with CRM tools and sales reporting.
Willingness to travel for fieldwork, demos, and client engagement.
