We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team on a part-time, commission-based role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our cutting-edge employee performance and workforce analytics solution, @ZetScore, and other IZSoftwares Products within the Nairobi, Kigali, Gaborone & Windhoek market.

This role is best suited for a results-driven individual with prior experience in the IT industry, particularly in B2B solution selling, who thrives on closing deals and building strong client relationships. The role demands proactive communication and precise account management.

  • Proficiency in SaaS Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Account Management and Client Relationship Building
  • Solid understanding of Information Technology and SaaS solutions
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred

Responsibility

  • Identify and target potential clients within the Key Industries to be discussed.
  • Pitch ZetScore and other solutions effectively to decision-makers.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain client relationships and act as a brand ambassador.
  • Provide feedback from the field to inform product and strategy improvements.
