Our client is a leading provider of eco-friendly water solutions. They are seeking to hire a hands-on B2B Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving product sales by actively engaging with clients, building strong relationships, and closing business opportunities.

The role is ideal for a results-oriented, proactive individual who can effectively demonstrate and push water solutions to clients, while being fully involved in the sales process from prospecting to closing.

  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Actively push water solutions as a product to corporate and non-corporate clients.
  • Research, identify, and qualify new business leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Negotiate, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with finance, service delivery, and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in B2B/corporate sales (a must).
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing complex B2B sales processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial, “get it done” attitude.
  • Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and passionate about innovation.
  • Well-connected with a strong network of industry contacts.
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Resilient, emotionally intelligent, and able to maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Technology savvy and skilled in leveraging digital tools for lead generation.
  • Ambitious, growth-oriented, and dedicated to continuous personal and professional development.
