Detailed Responsibilities
- Operate flights safely and efficiently for all persons on board and ensure that safety is adhered at all times.
- Responsible for developing, reviewing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and approved Manual.
- Ensuring compliance with the Kenya Civil Aviation Regulations.
- Attend all the required regulatory and company trainings.
- Any other duty detailed in the company approved operation manuals.

Qualification:
- A valid CPL/ATPL for the aircraft type (Cessna 208)
- A valid type rating for the aircraft (C208)
- A valid Radiotelephony
- A valid Instrument Rating
- Must be current on type (C208)
Experience:
- At least 1000 hours – Total flight time
- At least 750 hours on type (C208)
- Experience in bush flying preferably Maasai Mara/Laikipia will be an added advantage.
Skills:
- Strong flying and decision-making skills in remote and dynamic environments
- In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures (KCARs)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proven leadership and situational awareness in flight operations
- High level of technical proficiency with Cessna 208 systems
- Strong focus on safety, compliance, and customer service
- Adaptability to bush flying and off-strip conditions
- Attention to detail and problem-solving under pressure
- Must demonstrate a high level of integrity, transparency and professionalism
