Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead planning, design, and execution of electrical projects for Solar PV systems and EV infrastructure, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and resource management.
- Technical Oversight: Review, approve, and optimize electrical designs for PV systems, inverters, and EV chargers. Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning, including troubleshooting and recommending innovative technologies.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all designs and installations comply with EPRA, local, and international electrical codes and safety standards. Conduct risk assessments and maintain up-to-date documentation.
- Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and develop engineers, technicians, and interns, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory authorities, providing technical guidance and support throughout project lifecycles.

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Renewable Energy Engineering. Must hold a valid EPRA licence (Class C1 or higher) and T3 certification.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical systems, Solar PV installations, or EV infrastructure projects with a proven delivery track record.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and system design. Proficiency in solar design software (OpenSolar, PVsyst, AutoCAD, SketchUp).
- Demonstrated team management capabilities, excellent client communication, and technical guidance abilities.
- Sales skills are advantageous.
- Familiarity with Zoho applications is advantageous.
