What You’ll Do
- Drive field activations, client visits, and outreach programs.
- Build partnerships with corporates, agents, and community networks.
- Identify market opportunities and convert them into real business.
- Support marketing plans and ensure consistent brand visibility.
- Coordinate closely with Sales & Operations to meet revenue goals.
- Guide junior team members on field activities when needed.
What You Bring
- 6+ years in field marketing (travel, logistics, or service sector).
- Proven track record of increasing customer traffic and visibility.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo) and ticketing is a plus.
- Professional, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
