Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, IT, or engineering
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as IP addressing, routing, switching, and VLANs.
- Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced technical environment.
- Ability to work well with a team and take initiative when needed.
- Interest in learning network monitoring tools like Remedy.
