We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize audit assignments in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
- Supervise and mentor audit teams during fieldwork and review their work for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to clients and management.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations.
- Identify areas of risk and recommend practical solutions for improvement.
- Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations throughout the audit process.
- Support the Audit Manager in developing audit strategies and improving audit methodologies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA-K qualification (or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 7 years of audit experience, preferably in a reputable audit firm.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and Kenyan tax laws.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple engagements.
