Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement annual sales and marketing strategies aligned with the college’s goals.
Drive student recruitment through digital campaigns, field sales, and partnerships.
Oversee brand positioning, storytelling, and marketing content creation.
Manage and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Lead collaborations with schools, churches, corporates, and community organizations.
Oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, and website updates.
Build partnerships with hospitals, training institutions, NGOs, and industry stakeholders.
Monitor enrollment trends and prepare performance reports for management.
Ensure the consistency of brand messaging across all platforms and materials.
Spearhead market research to inform product development and competitive positioning.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
Minimum of 3 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading marketing campaigns.
Experience managing a team and working with cross-functional departments.
Strong digital marketing skills (social media, SEO, content creation).
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight timelines.
