Marketer
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective marketing plans and campaigns to promote hospital services.
- Strengthen the hospital’s brand visibility through community outreach, corporate engagements, events, and digital platforms.
- Manage the hospital’s social media pages, website content, newsletters, brochures, and other communication materials. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and patient feedback assessments to inform marketing strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, corporates, insurance partners, clinicians, and community groups.
- Coordinate health camps, CMEs, open days, community health education activities, and other promotional events. Track, analyse and report performance of marketing activities, including referrals, leads and conversions.
- Ensure all marketing activities adhere to hospital policies, professionalism, and ethical healthcare communication standards.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
- Previous experience in marketing (healthcare experience is an added advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management and content creation.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyse marketing performance data.
- Computer literacy with good command of MS Office; knowledge of design tools is a plus.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality and ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
