Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing human resource management decisions with existing rules regulations and procedure.
- Preparing and processing training projections.
- Updating payroll and compiling human resource data for compliment control.
- Verifying human resource data/information related to recruitment, appointment, discipline, promotions deployment and pension administration.
- Preparing and compiling reports on the implementation of performance management systems including performance appraisal.
- Implementing staff welfare schemes such as group personal life and accident, medical or insurance schemes.
- Preparing records of staff training and development programs for the Council.

Person Specifications
Mandatory requirements:
- Have served for cumulative six (6) years, three (3) of which must have been in the grade of a Human Resource Management Officer I or equivalent qualification in a comparable institution.
- Have a Bachelor degree in any the following disciplines: Human Resource Management, Human Resource Planning and Development, Labour and Industrial Relations, Business Management (HRM Option) or equivalent qualification.
- Be a member to a registered professional body in good standing where applicable.
- Be a Member to a relevant professional body and in good standing.
- Be Proficient in computer applications.
- Have shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
