Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote network support and troubleshooting for our ISP clients.
- Monitor network performance and ensure uptime and reliability.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize network devices and systems.
- Respond promptly to client issues and resolve them efficiently.
- Document network incidents, resolutions, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the technical team to implement network improvements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an ISP environment providing remote network support.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, devices, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools is a plus.
