Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly
- Present menus, take orders, and offer recommendations
- Serve food and beverages with proper etiquette
- Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests
- Process bills accurately and manage tips
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas and mise-en-place
- Upsell specials, desserts, and beverages
- Adhere to food safety and service standards
Key Outputs/Deliverables
- 95%+ guest satisfaction in F&B
- Consistent achievement of individual sales targets
Qualifications and Skills
- Certificate/Diploma in Food & Beverage Service
- 1+ year experience in fine dining or 4–5 star hotel
- Excellent grooming and pleasant personality
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and service sequence
- Fluent in English; additional languages advantage
