Qualification sEntry-Level / Junior (No Experience Required)
- Basic programming knowledge in any language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, PHP, Java, C#, etc.)
- Certificate, diploma, bootcamp, or short course in IT / Software Development (or strong self-taught portfolio)
- Ability to write simple scripts or small projects
- Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment
- Good communication, positive attitude, and problem-solving mindset
