Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Ruiru. The Salesperson will be responsible for prospecting new clients, conducting site visits, presenting company projects, and guiding clients through the entire sales process. They will also collaborate with the internal team to identify client needs, provide solutions, and ensure a seamless and satisfactory purchasing experience.
Additionally, the Salesperson will help nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, present offerings, and provide excellent customer service.
- Experience in sales, business development, and negotiation within the real estate industry or related fields.
- Adept at time management, problem-solving, and working independently to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with the East African real estate market, specifically Nairobi’s satellite towns and peri-urban areas, is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and tools used for marketing and sales reporting.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to conduct site visits around the Ruiru area.
- Passion for sustainability and an understanding of environmentally sustainable practices in real estate is an added advantage.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
