Job Purpose:
The office bearer is expected to provide effective leadership and oversight of branch operations to ensure efficient service delivery, business growth, and regulatory compliance. He/she will drive deposit mobilization, loan portfolio growth, member recruitment and retention, and increased uptake of ICT products, while maintaining asset quality, improving customer satisfaction, and assuring cost-effective branch performance in support of the Society’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications
- University degree in either Business/Finance/Accounting/Economics/Entrepreneurship
- At least CPA Part 2 and above
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Experience in a banking sector will be an added advantage
- Aged 35 years and above
