Our client is a fast-growing company in the beauty and personal care sector, specializing in high-quality fragrance products. They are committed to expanding their market presence and strengthening relationships with key partners across the region.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving product sales, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with retailers and distributors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and onboard new retailers and distributors to grow market penetration.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product performance and competitor activity.
- Present and promote products to potential buyers through demonstrations and persuasive selling techniques.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide timely sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, deliveries, and customer support.
- Support marketing initiatives, activations, and promotions to enhance brand visibility.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs, product trends, and pricing.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in sales within the beauty industry (MUST).
- Proven experience selling to retailers and distributors.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and deliver results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
