We’re looking for an experienced IT Officer to manage and support all IT systems across our hospitality units, ensuring smooth operations, data security, and reliable service.

Responsibilities
- Manage SAP & POS systems and daily reports
- Provide IT support across all branches
- Maintain networks, servers, and security systems
- Oversee data backups & disaster recovery
- Lead IT projects and system upgrades
- Train staff and handle IT procurement
- Coordinate with IT vendors and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in IT support or systems administration
- Strong SAP, POS & networking skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities
- Flexible to work day/night shifts, weekends & holidays
