  • Undertake investigations of disciplinary, grievance and complaints of varying complexity in line with WWF policy, procedures and best practice relating to issues including Respect in the Workplace, Fraud & Corruption and Safeguarding;
  • Some investigations may require international travel
  • Analyse information collected and reach timely unbiased conclusions and findings;
  • Effectively assess witness credibility;
  • Generate professional, well-drafted investigation records, plans and reports;
  • Contribute to recommended actions arising from investigation findings;
  • Assist in developing and delivering training on developing a Speak Up culture, internal investigation and interview techniques and best practice.
  • Manage issues that are highly confidential and may raise significant financial, legal, or reputational risk to the organisation.
  • Keep abreast of developments in the sector, through networking and attending seminars.

PROFILE

  • At least 6 years of professional experience conducting investigations;
  • (Desired) Certification in Workplace investigations
  • Excellent written and spoken English (essential).
  • Fluency/Competency in at least one additional language (desired)
  • Previous experience dealing with highly confidential and sensitive matters
  • Valid passport
