- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate goals, expectations, and feedback.
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and coach team members to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate options and identify effective solutions to challenges.
