Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Laboratory Science Intern at PathCare, you will gain practical exposure. Core activities include:

- Perform diagnostic tests under supervision (haematology, chemistry, microbiology).
- Assist in sample processing, quality control, and result validation.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment (analysers, microscopes).
- Participate in internal audits and ISO 15189 compliance.
- Support phlebotomy and specimen collection when required.
- Contribute to continuous training and departmental meetings.
- Adhere to safety, ethics, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications and Skills
The Internship Programme requires:
- Education: BSc Medical Laboratory Science/Technology from recognized university.
- Licensure: Valid KMLTTB license (mandatory).
- Status: Recent graduate or awaiting licensure (licensed preferred).
- Attributes: Enthusiastic; energetic; resilient; self-driven; team player.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail; basic computer literacy; eagerness to learn.
