Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi for a Project Volunteer at Bright Path Vision. As a Project Volunteer, you will assist in implementing, coordinating, and supporting youth development, SRHR, and climate resilience projects.
Key responsibilities include organizing workshops, conducting research, managing events, engaging with local communities, and ensuring efficient project documentation and reporting.

Qualifications
- Strong organizational, project coordination, and event planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, research, and documentation abilities
- Proficiency in community engagement, group facilitation, and stakeholder engagement
- Awareness of youth development, social advocacy, and SRHR topics
- Passion for climate action, environmental conservation, and sustainability initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently
- Flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic, on-site working environment
- A background in social sciences, environmental studies, or a related field is an advantage
- Previous experience with youth-led organizations or nonprofit initiatives is a plus
