JOB PURPOSE:
- To ensure products are available in the market at all times.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving stocks at the distribution.
- Verifying stocks as well as loading products on and off the distribution vehicles.
- Distributing products to outlets and invoicing the customer.
- Collection of crates from the outlets.
- Processing of the sales order for the next day.
- Reconciliation of records for the day.
- Prepare route sales reports.
- Prospecting for new clients.
- Liaising with the Sales Representatives.
- Prospecting new Customers and closing a sale.
- Distributing products to outlets and invoicing the customer as per the LPO.
- Daily processing of sales order for distributors, key accounts and institutions.
- Full reconciliation of sales work on daily basis.
- Onboarding of new customers through automation.
- Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS:
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business administration or related field.
- 3 years’ work experience in sales and marketing.
- Over 5 years accident free driving experience.
- Valid Driving License-BCE class.
- Computer literacy skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good report writing skills.
- High standards of personal integrity.
- Customer service skills.
