Company Description
JohnBow Tours & Travel curates safaris and travel experiences across Leisure Travel, corporate and business travel, and Group Tours, serving both domestic travellers and inbound travellers to Kenya and East Africa.
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Lead to guide our marketing strategy, lead the team, and ensure every campaign, message, and partnership drives visibility, enquiries, and bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Shape and guide the company’s overall marketing direction.
- Lead the company’s digital presence, including social media, website content, and targeted campaigns.
- Translate travel products into clear, compelling communication.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team.
- Align marketing initiatives closely with Sales to drive results.
- Build strategic industry relationships to support visibility and partnerships.
- Monitor performance and market trends to refine campaigns and support informed decision-making.
Who You Are
- Marketing professional with 5+ years in a Travel Agency
- Experience in working with both domestic Kenyan travellers and inbound safari markets.
- Confident in managing digital channels and driving performance metrics.
- Skilled at shaping travel products into appealing messaging.
- Experienced in leadership and team supervision.
- Organized, thoughtful, and able to balance creativity with commercial judgment.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
