Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, builders, architects, and construction firms in Kakamega and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the construction industry
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Prepare accurate quotations, process orders efficiently, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead in the market
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and performance metrics
- Represent Olworks Hardware Enterprises with professionalism and integrity at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience with demonstrable results in client acquisition and revenue generation
- Established network within the construction, contracting, or building materials industry in Kakamega is a significant advantage
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
- Deep understanding of building materials, hardware products, and their applications in construction projects
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic inventory management systems
- A proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to go the extra mile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
