Lead and drive the Sales team/Customer/Channel agenda in the business, including cross-company processes such as Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Net Revenue Management (NRM).

What You Will Do
- Deploy 4P strategy across all channels and customers to drive excellence
- Lead Sales and Marketing Activity Calendar for NPD, promotions, and campaigns
- Ensure timely and budget-compliant execution of planned activities
- Own promotional planning process and lead category management with key customers
- Monitor market trends, shopper insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Drive the ROI mindset and efficiency in spend for profitable growth.
- So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
- 3+ years in category management or key account management
- Strong engagement, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
- Experience with data tools (Tableau, Data Orbis, Kantar)
- Background in FMCG industry.
