This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Assistant at Nexgen Packaging, Limited. The Logistics Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as customer service, inventory management, organization, purchasing, and logistics support on a day-to-day basis.

  • Support inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving materials and dispatching finished labels.
  • Maintain accurate stock and shipment records in Excel/ERP.
  • Handle local purchases such as stationery and operational consumables.
  • Assist with customs and shipment documentation.
  • Prepare delivery notes, packing lists, and coordinate dispatch with production and stores.
  • Keep logistics and inventory files audit-ready.

Requirements

  • Degree in Logistics or related field.
  • At least 1 year logistics experience (manufacturing added advantage).
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Basic understanding of customs and shipment processes.
