Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in executing strategies to drive sales performance on the e-commerce platform.
Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of promotional campaigns across digital channels.
Provide assistance in researching customer shopping trends to inform assortment selection and identify product gaps
Ensure high standards of customer service by promptly addressing and resolving customer issues and comments via online channels.
Collaborate closely with the demand planning and warehousing teams to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment.
Provide backup support by manning the showroom and handling the main switchboard as needed.
Prepare detailed reports such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through rates, and offer code performance.
Support data collection and management to ensure accurate reporting for strategic decision-making.
Any other responsibilities assigned by Management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Particularly Excel and word.
Relevant experience in digital Communication and Marketing.
Should be up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online sales and marketing.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms will be an added advantage.
