What’s Expected of You:

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications that are reliable, scalable, and intuitive.
  • Create exceptional user experiences through clean, efficient UI/UX design.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to translate ideas into working software.
  • Take initiative, manage your workload, and drive projects forward independently.
  • Adapt to business needs, including occasional additional hours when critical projects demand it.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Excels in frontend development with JavaScript (Vue.js preferred) and strong UI/UX sensibilities.
  • Masters backend development with Node.js and extensive Python experience.
  • Is skilled in databases and tools: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Docker, GitHub, Jira, and conference-based collaboration tools.
  • Thrives in a team environment but is also a self-starter who can work unsupervised.
  • Understands the value of delivering quality work, consistently, and without shortcuts.
