Key Responsibilities
- Trouble shooting and diagnosing technical issues.
- Preparing quotations for repairs, parts and services.
- Performing software updates on relevant equipment.
- Carrying out regular maintenance and service activities.
- Engaging customers for service agreement discussion and signings
- Sourcing and developing new business opportunities in both Aftermarket and new units.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical engineering
- 1–2 years’ experience in the same field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
