Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the new payment processing system.
Map current vs. target payment flows, ensuring alignment with compliance, finance, and operational needs.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and Operations to define clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Monitor transaction data, identify patterns or issues, and propose solutions to optimize processing efficiency.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases, validating outcomes, and documenting results.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth integrations and system reliability.
Contribute to building dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs such as acceptance rates, processing times, and error rates.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English (mandatory).
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in payments, fintech, or financial services.
Strong understanding of transaction lifecycles (deposits, withdrawals, chargebacks, reconciliations).
SQL knowledge, with the ability to query and analyze payment data (optional)
Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (BigQuery, Looker, PowerBI, or similar) is an advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. – Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
