Key Responsibilities:
- Attending to customers on a First come first served basis.
- Investigation customer complaints and concerns, recording on the job cards and suggesting appropriate solutions.
- Explaining to the customer time, cost estimate for labour, oil, spares and outside Labor.
- Informing the customer Incase of delay or cost exceeds.
- Taking road trial of the vehicle to confirm elimination of complaints.
- Explaining about next service due date and pasting next service due sticker.
- Preparing workshop supervisor daily report.
- SAP and DMS job entry.
- Ensuring all the mechanics carry out mandatory jobs in all vehicles.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical engineering
- 1–2 years’ experience in the same field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be of good conduct and integrity.
- Must have valid driving license.
- Must have a better understanding of both TVS Bikes, Piaggio and Briggs and Stratton service and repair
