Key Responsibilities
- Oversee front-d desk and office operations; greet clients professionally
- Coordinate complex schedules, meetings, and executive travel arrangements
- Manage administrative workflows, filing, correspondence, and records
- Oversee procurement, vendor relationships, and office supplies
- Support HR tasks: onboarding, timesheets, compliance
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Uphold health, safety, and company policies
- Lead, train, and develop junior administrative staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in administration, business, or related field
- 3+ years in office management or similar roles; luxury travel or automotive sector a plus
- Exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with discretion and professionalism
- Customer-focused, proactive, and collaborative
