Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kajiado County, Kenya, for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing strong client relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive business success.

Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Account management and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in business development and identifying market opportunities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the agricultural sector, with a good understanding of industry practices
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other account management tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Relevant educational background in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related fields
- Prior experience in account management or sales is a plus
- Proficiency in project management and budget management
