Role Description
- Handle customer information on flight schedules, event dates, fares, baggage policies and venue offers
- Offer accurate issues and complaints processes modifications and meeting room requests
- Utilize ticketing software and other travel tools, coordinating their daily work schedule
- Utilize ticketing software and other travel tools to issue tickets and manage bookings
- Coordinate and confirm travel itineraries, bookings, and accommodation details
- Provide customers with accurate travel advice, insights, and digital support through digital platforms (WhatsApp, email, phone)
Qualifications
- High level of accuracy is crucial for handling transactions and managing bookings
- Ability to be patient, professional, and provide positive customer experience
- Experience with computerized ticketing systems and willingness to learn new systems
- Willingness to work with multiple weekends, public holidays and overtime
- Experience in the travel/tourism industry
