Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Clean, organize, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform data entry, sorting, and formatting tasks in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Identify and remove duplicates or inconsistencies in datasets.
- Use formulas and functions to automate calculations and streamline data processes.
- Generate and summarize reports from raw data for review by the team.
- Support data analysis tasks to identify trends or insights.
- Maintain proper documentation of datasets and updates made.
- Collaborate remotely with the supervisor to deliver tasks within deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications required:
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Data Analytics, IT, or related field.
- Prior experience or coursework involving data analysis or reporting is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and escalate issues in a timely manner.
- You have great interpersonal and communications skills which include professional and cordial meeting, telephone and email etiquette.
- Proven team player, flexible and friendly.
- Pays attention to detail, displays a high level of integrity and is deadline driven.
- Eager to learn and accepts feedback as a positive step to professional growth

- Ability to treat all confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
